Custom packages are also available for short coverage, multi-day events and destination weddings abroad.  2nd Videographer, Next Day Edits or Same Day Edits are also available as add-ons.

A discount is applicable for those who book multi-day events.

How early do we need to book your services?

Certain dates in the summer tend to book up quickly especially weekends.  As this varies from year to year, it is always best to book vendors shortly after securing your wedding venue(s) and date(s).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash or Email Money Transfer.

What is your payment structure?

To reserve your wedding date(s), a non-refundable retainer of 25% is required.  The final 75% is due on or before your wedding day.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Since we are based in Toronto, we shoot everywhere within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) & parts of the Durham Region free of travel fees. This includes Toronto, Markham, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby.

Does Captivate Studios edit the videos?

Yes, Captivate Studios shoots and edits everything in house. We do not outsource video editing  or shooting to any third party.

How long will our video take to edit and complete?

Generally our goal is have wedding videos completed in a span of 3 months.  We like other vendors do we get busy and therefore have a queue in place to track our deliveries.  As quality is paramount to us we do want to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

What if we go over our allotted hours?

Additional hours can be added to any package above and/or if you think that your event will go longer than expected.  We never leave the venue without letting you know and confirm with you if you need us to stay longer.
